Waybook's Approval Process ensures that your documents are accurate, polished, and aligned with your team’s standards. By enabling this feature, you create a clear, efficient review path, allowing team members to provide feedback, request changes, or approve content seamlessly.

How to Use the Approval Process

  1. Find the document you'd like to set up an approval process for and open the document settings.

  2. Locate "Approval Process" on the side panel and toggle it on.

  3. Name each approval stage and assign groups or individuals to each one. Repeat this for all necessary stages.

  4. Once your process is set, select "Save Approval Process."

  5. When your document is ready for review, hit "Submit for Approval" and watch the magic happen!

You can make changes to the approval process even after it's active. Any updates—like changing the stage name or adjusting reviewers—will reflect automatically for future stages or processes.

Key Benefits

  1. Efficient Feedback & Approvals: Team members can approve, reject, and leave detailed feedback to ensure all documents meet expectations before being finalized.

  2. Flexible Updates: Changes to the approval process are easy to implement at any stage, ensuring it stays current with team changes or document needs. Rejected documents can be revised and resubmitted quickly, keeping your workflow moving smoothly.
