The work you put into building, sharing, and using knowledge deserves recognition. That's why we created achievements - little celebrations of the meaningful ways you contribute to your team's success.

Whether you're the person who always finds the right document, creates helpful visual guides, or consistently shares knowledge with colleagues, your efforts make a real difference. Achievements are our way of celebrating the expertise you bring to your team.

How It Works

As you use Waybook in your daily work, you'll earn badges that reflect your contributions. These aren't about hitting arbitrary targets - they recognize the real value you bring when you help a colleague find information, create clear documentation, or explore new ways to share knowledge. Together, your achievements tell the story of how you contribute to your team's success.

What Gets Recognized

Achievements celebrate the different ways you make an impact:

  • Creating and building - writing documentation, using AI to speed up your work, or capturing processes with visual tools.

  • Staying connected - consistent engagement, smart searching, and thoughtful bookmarking that keeps knowledge accessible for your team.

  • Growing and learning - attending training, trying new features, and expanding your skills.

  • Helping others - the knowledge you share and the colleagues you support.

Where to Find Your Achievements

Your personal collection lives in your user profile - a space that's just for you to see how your contributions have grown over time.

Team leaders can also view a member's achievements to spot the knowledge champions on their team and the people who'd make great mentors for others.

To view achievements:

  1. Head to your user profile to see your own badges.

  2. If you're a team leader, go to Organization > Members and select someone to view their individual achievements.

Making the Most of It

  • Try something new - explore different features and see what fits how you work best.

  • Stay consistent - regular engagement naturally leads to recognition over time.

  • Share what you learn - the knowledge you pass along often has more impact than you realize.

  • Celebrate others - notice your colleagues' achievements and acknowledge their contributions too.

Every interaction with your team's knowledge base matters. Your achievements are more than badges - they're a reflection of the positive impact you have on your team every day.
