Waybook offers two implementation approaches to help you get started successfully - whether you prefer to move at your own pace or need hands-on support for faster activation.


Self-Led Implementation (Included)

Self-Led Implementation is perfect for teams who want to build their Waybook internally and move at their own pace.

What's included:

  • Access to the Getting Started Course and masterclasses

  • 1:1 kickoff call with your account manager

  • Monthly check-in calls with your account manager

This approach gives you the resources and guidance you need while maintaining full control over your timeline and implementation process.


Guided Implementation ($1,500)

Guided Implementation is designed for complex teams or organizations seeking high-velocity support to achieve full activation in under 90 days.

What's included:

Everything in Self-Led Implementation, plus:

  • 10 hours of data migration support

  • 5 collaborative workshops with your account manager

  • Custom team training sessions (live or on-demand)

With Guided Implementation, you get dedicated hands-on support to migrate existing content, structure your knowledge base effectively, and train your team comprehensively.

Best for teams with extensive existing documentation, complex organizational structures, or tight timelines for getting Waybook fully operational.

Self-Led teams receive access to the Getting Started Course and can begin building immediately while scheduling their kickoff call.

Guided Implementation teams receive access to a comprehensive Implementation Deck that outlines your 90-day roadmap to full activation.
