You can now set up multiple-factor authentication on Waybook, further protecting your account and your organisation's processes and documents.
To set up two-factor authentication on your account, first ensure you're logged into Waybook and then head to this page.
💡 Top Tip: You can also enable two-factor authentication for your account by heading to your Personal Settings.
You'll be asked to enter your Waybook password in order to turn two-factor authentication on. Make sure you have an authenticator app downloaded to your mobile device, such as Google Authenticator, beforehand for a super smooth setup.
When you press the 'Enable 2FA' button, you'll be presented with a QR code which you can use to add Waybook to your authenticator app, along with 10 backup codes.
Please make sure that you scan your QR code save your backup codes immediately as you will only see them once.
Once you're set up in your authenticator app and have stored your backup codes safely, your Waybook will be extra secure!
