How to export a document for printing
Open the document you want to print
Head to Document Settings
Under Sharing and Templates, find the PDF Download section
Click to download your document as a PDF
Open the downloaded file and print it from your device
Want your team to download PDFs too?
You can also enable PDF downloads for team members with read access. Toggle the PDF Download setting to "on," and your readers will be able to grab their own copies from the document info sidebar. This is especially useful for forms, checklists, or any process your team needs to reference away from their screen.
