You can now archive outdated documents, keeping them available for future reference without cluttering your current workflows. Easily unarchive documents when needed, ensuring your Waybook stays organized while keeping valuable knowledge intact.
Collapsible Nodes
This new feature makes it easier to organize and surface critical content. With collapsible nodes, you can include non-searchable content like video transcripts and keywords, making it searchable via Waybook's powerful search and Ask features. Perfect for keeping your knowledge base streamlined yet comprehensive.
Download to Print
Need a hard copy of an important document? The new download to print option lets you easily export any document from Waybook, giving you a physical copy when necessary, whether for meetings or offline reference.
Bulk Actions
Speed up your document management with the new bulk actions feature. You can now archive, update document owners, convert to draft, publish, export as PDF, and enable public sharing—all from the Document Manager. Manage your documents efficiently with just a few clicks.
More Brand Colors
We’ve added even more customization options! You can now include up to 5 brand colors in your Waybook, ensuring your documentation stays visually aligned with your company’s branding. It’s a simple way to make sure everything from fonts to highlights looks on-brand.
Custom Email Domains
