We have some exciting new releases and some sneak peeks at what's coming up in the next couple of weeks in this month's product update.

Our new Progress Matrix feature gives you a clear overview of your team’s progress within Waybook. With easy-to-read color coding and symbols for reference or restricted documents, you get a bird’s eye view of your team’s work. You can also filter by groups for even better management.

We’re always enhancing our Reporting features, and this month we’ve added updates to reflect other key improvements.

These updates make your reports even more accurate and insightful.

As the Glossary feature becomes more widely used, we’ve made it easier to manage and keep updated. You can now export your Glossary as a CSV for quick edits, and then re-upload it when ready to update.

We’ve also added more language support to accommodate additional characters.

Document Manager is growing in popularity, and we’re adding more Bulk Actions to support your needs. You can now make bulk verification updates, assign Verifiers, and update renewal dates for multiple documents at once.

We’ve made the review process even easier to manage. You can now assign review requests to anyone with edit access. Once assigned, reviews are visible in your dashboard, and it’s easy to see who’s reviewing a document right from the document view.
