Eligibility for Refunds

At Waybook, we want to make sure you have complete peace of mind when purchasing our products. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following:

  • Request within 30 Days: You are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days from the date of initial purchase or starting your free trial.

How to Request a Refund

We've made the refund process simple and straightforward. Simply reach out to our customer success team, who will review your request and assess your eligibility. If you are eligible for a refund, the team will issue this immediately and respond to your email.

Exceptions and Considerations

While we strive to offer refunds within the specified timeframe, there are a few exceptions and considerations to keep in mind:

  • Consulting Services: Refunds for our Consultancy services will not be eligible for a refund as this is a custom setup and was a contracted service.

  • Data Migration: Refunds for Data Migration are also not eligible for a refund as this was an additional charge that was incurred while using our Premium services.
