  • Request within 30 Days: You are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days from the date of initial purchase or starting your free trial.

Exceptions and Considerations

  • Consulting Services: Refunds for our Consultancy services will not be eligible for a refund as this is a custom setup and was a contracted service.

  • Data Migration: Refunds for Data Migration are also not eligible for a refund as this was an additional charge that was incurred while using our Premium services.
