How to Access Email Insight:
To find Email Insight simply:
Head over to the "Reports" section in your Waybook.
Along the left-hand side, you will see "Email Insight", and select.
What Email Insight Shows:
When you access Email Insight, you'll get an overview of the team's email over the last 28 days. They will cover the following:
Deliverability: you can track the deliverability rate and see the percentage of members successfully receiving emails.
Blocked Emails: if a user's email is blocked, you will be able to see an overview of the error message and be able to fix it. Plus you can toggle on 'Error Messages' and view only these.
Successfully Sent Emails: See the total number of emails you have sent out in the last 28 days.
