Feedback ensures that your documentation journey is smooth and productive. Dive into the magic of the Feedback feature with us and discover how it'll transform the way you interact with your documentation.

Why is the Feedback feature such a big deal?

  1. Engagement: Enabling readers to leave feedback on any step, fosters better engagement. It's simple and user-friendly!

  2. Insight: Collecting feedback isn't just about getting opinions. It's about understanding how your documents resonate with the readers. With options for positive, negative, or neutral ratings, you get a clearer picture.

  3. Performance Metrics: If you've ever wondered, "How are my documents really doing?", now you can get your answer! Feedback goes straight into comments, providing you with the information you need.

  4. Continuous Improvement: Every piece of feedback, whether it's a glowing compliment or a constructive criticism, is an opportunity to improve. And we know you're all about growth!

Here’s How It Works:

  1. Navigate to the document step you want to leave feedback on.

  2. Ensure you are not in edit mode, you'll find a 'Feedback' option near the top of the step's content. Click on it.

  3. Share your thoughts! Along with your comment, choose a positive, negative, or neutral rating.

  4. Once done, the feedback gets logged, and the document owner will get a notification to let them know feedback has been left.

To get the most out of this feature, make sure your documents are up-to-date and always benefiting the team. Regularly checking feedback will guide you in making adjustments that keep your content relevant and impactful.
