When setting up your Waybook, it's essential to maintain control over the flow of notifications to your team members, especially during periods of rapid document creation and updates. That's where Silent Mode comes in handy.

What is Silent Mode?
Silent Mode is a feature designed to give you control over the notifications that are sent to your team members. By enabling Silent Mode, you can temporarily disable certain notifications while you're still in the process of refining your Waybook content. Once you're ready to share your Waybook with your team, you can easily turn off Silent Mode, and notifications will resume as normal.
What Notifications Are Disabled in Silent Mode?
When Silent Mode is enabled, the following notifications will not be sent to your team members:
Weekly Roundups: Updates summarizing recent activity they need to complete within Waybook.
Document Assigned Emails: Notifications informing team members about new documents assigned to them.
Deadline Reminders: Reminders about upcoming deadlines associated with assigned documents.
Verification Reminders: Notifications for Document Owners to verify their documents.
Which Emails Are Still Sent?
While Silent Mode is active, certain critical emails will still be sent to ensure smooth operation and communication within Waybook:
Magic Links for Sign In: Convenient links for signing into Waybook securely.
Password Reset Links: Links allow team members to reset their passwords if needed.
Requests for Review: Notifications prompting team members to review specific documents.
Comment Notifications: Alerts informing team members of a new comment on documents.
Feedback Notifications: Notifications regarding feedback received on documents.
How to Manage Silent Mode:
You can easily enable or disable Silent Mode from your Waybook settings.
Navigate to Settings then select Options
Toggle on Silent Mode in Options.
