Your invite link is not working
When clicking your invite, do you see an error like “CSRF token mismatch” or “You do not have access to this Waybook”? Here’s what might be happening:
Common causes:
The invite link has expired
Your browser session timed out
You’re using a different email address than the one used for the invite
There was a typo in the email entered by your admin
Quick fixes:
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then retry the link
Open the link in an incognito/private browsing window
Double-check that you're using the exact email address from the invite
Still stuck? Ask your admin to resend the invite or confirm the email used
Can't see any content after logging in
If you’ve successfully logged in, but your dashboard looks empty, it likely means you haven’t been assigned any content yet.
What to check:
Confirm with your admin that you've been added to a Group with access to documents
Make sure you've been granted access to at least one Subject or Group
Only users with access to content, based on their Group or Individual permissions, will see documents on their dashboard.
