Encountering an error message preventing you from viewing a document within Waybook can be frustrating, but fear not! We're here to help you swiftly resolve this issue and get you back on track. Below are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this problem:

Check Permissions:

If you are getting an error message saying "You do not have permission to view this document" you need to check your permissions. To verify your permissions navigate to the "Member" settings. If you can not access the "Members" tab speak to your manager and have them check for you. Ensure that you have the necessary access to view the document in question. Sometimes, permissions might have been inadvertently changed or revoked. Confirm with the document owner or administrator if necessary.

Account Sign-In:

Ensure that you are signed in with the correct account associated with the document. It's possible, you might be using a different account or not signed in at all. This is more common if you have multiple Waybooks or different emails.

If you suspect you might be signed in with the wrong account, try logging out and then logging back in with the correct credentials. Alternatively, use this link which will force log you out and sign you back in.

Edit Toggle on:

If you are finding that you can not locate a document or flow that you were working check the edit toggle. If you have not published the document or flow you will only be able to view it in Edit mode. Once the toggle is switched back on you should be able to find the document you wanted.
