Why am I not able to see a document?

If you're not seeing a document that you expect to appear in your Waybook this article should help.

If you have logged into Waybook expecting to see a new document or updated process, but aren't seeing them within your incomplete documents or left-hand menu, there are a couple of things you should check.

First of all, make sure that the admin for your Waybook has published any changes made to the document you're looking to engage with. You can find more about publishing documents here.

If all updates on the document have been published and you're still not seeing it appearing in your Waybook dashboard, ask an admin member to check that you have permission to view the document. You can find more information about member roles and content permissions here.

If neither of those issues appears to be blocking you from viewing the document, get in touch with the support team and we will be happy to help πŸ™‚
