Share Announcements with News
Make sure your team sees what matters most. The News feature lets you post announcements directly to your team’s dashboard - ideal for welcoming new hires, rolling out process changes, or celebrating milestones.
Key capabilities:
Rich text formatting – Use headings, bold text, links, and more to make your message clear and engaging.
Reactions (optional) – Let your team respond with emoji reactions, or disable them for read-only updates.
Pinning – Keep important messages visible by pinning them to the top of the dashboard.
News articles are visible to your entire team, reinforcing essential updates alongside your documented processes.
How to Share a News Article
Go to Organization > News in your Waybook dashboard.
Click + Create New Article.
Add a title and write your message using the rich text editor.
Optionally, generate a summary with AI or enter one manually.
Decide whether to allow emoji reactions for lightweight feedback.
Pin the article for extra visibility (optional).
Click Publish to make your announcement live.
