Interacting with your Waybook

Here's a breakdown of how you can interact with your Waybook content using the menu on the left of your dashboard.

Collapse and expand categories

Whether you're trying to focus on specific documents or want a full view of your Waybook content, these controls will help.

Collapse and expand your categories using this button.

Bookmarks only

Bookmarking your content is a great way to ensure you have even easier access to the content and processes essential to your role.

You can now set your left-hand menu to only show your bookmarked documents, so you can further curate your Waybook experience and focus on the content most important to you.

Tracking progress on required content

At Waybook, your content is either reference or required - required content must be completed and will count towards your overall completion percentage.

Content that requires completion will show a progress wheel like in the screenshot above. Reference-only content will not show this progress wheel, making it easy to differentiate between the two content types.

Tracking your own progress

As part of our mission to help you find your training and compliance content as quickly as possible, we also offer the following views on your dashboard πŸ‘‡

Get a snapshot of how much of your content you've completed, with completion tracking at the top of your dashboard.

Incomplete documents

View all of your incomplete documents on Waybook, see how many you have yet to complete and easily pick up where you left off.

Completed documents

Refresh your knowledge by hopping into your completed document view.

Recently viewed documents

Jump straight back to the content you've recently engaged with, including any reference documents you have access to.

Bookmarked documents

We also have an alternative view of your bookmarked documents, which you can access by toggling to this view in your dashboard.

Remember, if you have any feedback or suggestions for how we can improve the Waybook dashboard, get in touch with the team - we love hearing from you 😊
