Waybook helps you stay on top of assigned content while ensuring you understand key information through confirmation steps and tests. This guide will walk you through how to complete assigned content, confirm knowledge, and track your progress.

Tracking Your Assigned Content

When you log in to Waybook, your Dashboard will display any Incomplete Documents that require your attention. This section helps you:

  • See which Documents are assigned to you.

  • Track your progress as you complete them.

  • Stay informed about important company policies and procedures.

You will have two types of content, assigned and reference. Assigned with "Mark as Complete" at the bottom of each step or Reference documents are for you to view or refer back to as needed.

At the end of a document or step, you’ll see a completion message: "Marking as Complete":

  • Updates your progress tracking.

  • Notifies your manager that you’ve finished the assigned content.

  • Helps you maintain a 100% completion rate on your assigned Documents.

Now you're all set! Continue reviewing and completing your assigned content in Waybook to stay informed and up to date.

Confirming Your Knowledge

To ensure you fully understand the information presented, some documents may include Confirmation Steps or Tests.

Confirmation Steps help:

  • Clearly communicate your acknowledgment of important information.

  • Keep your manager informed about your progress.

  • Ensure that critical policies and procedures are understood and agreed upon.
