Lots has been happening at Waybook HQ and we're excited to show you all of the new features in Waybook. You know the score by now, there will also be some teasers of what's to come and even some features we'd love to invite you to test.

Let's get straight into it with this month's product update πŸ‘‡

Large GIF Support

Whether you're demonstrating a process or adding personality to your steps, we're pleased to announce that you can now add large GIFs to your Waybook.

Go forth and make your content super engaging, get your entire team on the same page, and make training fun again! ✨

Email Notification Settings

Take control of your weekly summary, incomplete document, and update notifications from within your Waybook settings.

It is now easy to toggle email notifications on and off for your Waybook. However, remember to ensure your teams turns any disabled emails back on as soon as you're ready for them to start consuming your Waybook content, so they never miss an update to an important company policy or process.

New Document Templates

We've been adding new document templates into the template library including:

Remember, you can request templates by getting in touch with the team and we'll be happy to create template content to support your specific needs.

Document Due Dates BETA

You can now make sure your team has reviewed any essential or time-sensitive policies and processes by setting document due dates.

We're excited to launch this feature into BETA and would love to invite you to help us test this and some other exciting due date features we're working on. If you're interested in getting early access to document due dates, reach out to the team today.

Document Verification BETA

Keeping compliance documentation fresh and up-to-date is crucial for your business to stay on the same page. We appreciate sometimes your team might need a nudge to check a document is still accurate, so we're excited to open our document verification feature up to BETA testers.

With document verification, you can delegate the document to a team member to verify and check for accuracy, as well as set a date for verification to be reset when the document will need to be reviewed again.
