We're excited to be rolling out brand-new document permissions in the coming weeks, to allow you to give your team members access to specific documents within your subjects.

With search reports, you can see what your team is looking for in your Waybook and how many results their search terms generate. However, perhaps our favorite function of search reports is the ability to identify knowledge gaps 🙌

Use your search reports to find search terms that return no results, so your team can create documentation to enhance your organization's central source of truth.
