Do you know what's better than a great onboarding process? A great onboarding process that adapts to your team members' schedules! And that's precisely what Waybook's latest feature update offers: Relative Due Dates!

With our relative due dates feature, you can set deadlines based on when a team member gets access to content within your Waybook, giving you more flexibility and control over your onboarding and training processes.

Before this update, Waybook allowed you to set fixed due dates for documents within your business' central source of truth. With the addition of relative due dates, you can now dictate the cadence a team member should work through onboarding or training documents and learning paths within your organization's Waybook.

Here's how it works:

  • When you create or edit a document or learning path, you'll now have the option to enable deadlines.

  • You can choose to set the relative due date in days, weeks, or months from when a team member accesses the content.

  • Once the team member accesses the content, the due date will automatically be set based on the relative due date you've chosen.

We believe that relative due dates will provide more flexibility and control over onboarding and training within your Waybook, and we can't wait for you to try it out!
