We have some exciting new releases and some sneak peeks at what's coming up in the next couple of weeks in this month's product update.
Here's a look at this month's product update π
Relative Due Dates
With relative due dates, you can create a more personalized and effective learning experience for your team. No more missed deadlines because of fixed schedules or waiting for new hires to catch up!
You can now set deadlines based on when a team member gets access to content, which means you can dictate the pace at which they work through onboarding or training content in Waybook.
By having more control over your team's learning journey, you can ensure that they have the best chance of success and that their training is tailored to their needs and learning style.
Short Links and QR Codes
Short links and QR codes are a game-changer for teams using Waybook. They enable you to quickly share SOPs with team members, allowing for more efficient onboarding and training. Instead of sending long, cumbersome links, you can now use shortened links or even generate QR codes to share your documents.
This means you can easily make your SOPs more accessible, making it easier for your team to access important information from their mobile devices. With this feature, you can streamline your team's access to SOPs and reduce the time spent searching for documents.
Document Owners
Document Owners is a new feature that allows you to easily see who is responsible for a particular document or SOP within your business.
By clearly designating a document owner, you can ensure that team members know who to go to with questions or concerns about a specific piece of information. This helps to increase accountability and clarity within your team, which can lead to a more efficient and effective workflow.
While this feature is currently focused on identifying document owners, we are excited to continue building out more collaborative features that will make working together within Waybook even more seamless and efficient.
Waybook Commands
We're excited to introduce Waybook Commands, a new feature that allows you to perform actions within Waybook using simple keyboard shortcuts.
With CMD + K, you can now create new subjects, documents, and categories, and search your Waybook for any information you need, all without leaving your keyboard. This means you can save time by quickly accessing your Waybook and adding new information to it with just a few keystrokes.
Whether you're onboarding a new employee or conducting a compliance audit, Waybook Commands can help you streamline your workflow and make the most of your time. Try it out today and let us know what you think!
Test Reports
We are excited to announce the return of test reports in Waybook! We heard your feedback about the importance of tracking team members' progress and compliance in Waybook, and we want to help you do that even better.
With test reports, managers and team leads can easily see how team members are performing on tests and identify areas where additional training may be needed.
We know this feature has been missed, and we're thrilled to have it back for you. We're also continuing to work on improvements to both tests and reports in general, so stay tuned for more updates in the future!
