Document Owners
Our Document Owners feature lets you easily see who is responsible for a particular document or SOP within your business.
By clearly designating a document owner, you can ensure that your team members know who to go to with questions or concerns about a specific piece of information. Document Owners help increase accountability and clarity within your team, leading to more efficient and effective workflows.
Document Verification
Have confidence that your documents are always up-to-date and accurate within Waybook by enabling Document Verification.
This powerful feature is available to all Waybook Pro teams and allows you to choose a team member responsible for verifying a document's accuracy, as well as set a date for verification to be revoked when the document must be checked again.
Document Management
We are inviting teams to help us test and provide feedback on this early version of our brand-new Document Management view.
From the new Document Management view, you can filter documents in a variety of ways and easily manage your content. We're continuing to develop this feature and would love your help - if you're interested in BETA testing Document Management, get in touch today.
Document Versions
Keep track of changes to your content as your Waybook evolves with our new and improved Document Versions.
Each time a change is published, the version number for your document will update so your team can ensure they're accessing the latest version of your content in Waybook. From this view, you can also see when the document was created and last published.
