Admins can effortlessly resend invites to new users who may have missed their initial invitations from your Waybook Members view. This means no more worrying about users being left out. Everyone can access Waybook and dive into your knowledge hub.
Resending Invites:
To resend an invite, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Members tab.
Look for the team member you wish to resend the invite.
12 hours following the initial invite email, you'll notice the option to resend an invite when hovering over the Pending notice.
Click on the link and voilà! The user will receive a fresh invitation email, welcoming them to Waybook.
Waybook will automatically resend invitations if your team member has not accepted theirs immediately. We will attempt this three times, three days later, one week later, and 24 days after the initial invite was delivered.
Best Practices for Resending Invites:
Below is a list of best practices and things to remember when using this feature.
The option to resend an invite becomes visible 12 hours after the initial invite is sent. Prior to this timeframe, the option will not be visible.
Check the email address to ensure that you have entered it correctly before resending.
This feature is accessible only to users who have not activated their accounts and will not work for users who have previously logged in.
If following a user still can not find the email after it has been resent, please contact support.
