Upload your business' logo.
Here are some best practice tips for choosing the best possible logo file:
Use a logo with a transparent background for the best appearance.
Ensure your logo is in .png format.
Upload the highest-resolution version available (up to 10MB supported).
💡 Need help removing a background?
Adobe offers a free tool for creating transparent backgrounds here.
Brand Colors
Choose two primary brand colors—one for your header and one as a secondary color.
Make sure your header color contrasts well with your logo for readability.
(Optional) Add up to five additional brand colors to give more flexibility when formatting your Waybook content.
Custom Domain
If you’re on our Pro plan, you can set up a custom domain for your Waybook.
Create a CNAME record on “{your-chosen-waybook-subdomain}.your-company-domain.com” pointing to “cname.waybook.com”.
Navigate to your CNAME settings in Waybook and activate your domain.
A message will pop up to confirm that your custom domain is active. Please bear in mind that it may take 24-48 hours for your CNAME to fully update.
If your CNAME has changed, make sure to complete the steps above again and update this information in your Waybook settings ✨
