At Waybook, we’re making it faster and easier to create policies with our AI Document Creator. Whether you're refining an imported document or need inspiration for a new policy, our AI-powered tool is here to help.

Optimize Your AI Experience, for the best results, update your Profile Settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings and scroll to Profile Settings.

  2. Enter key details about your business, including size, industry, and preferred tone of voice.

How to Use the AI Document Creator

  1. Select AI Creator from the left-hand menu or when adding a new step to a document.

  2. Enter a brief description of the document you need.

  3. Press send to let Waybook’s AI Writer generate content.

  4. Request edits or refinements as needed.

  5. Once satisfied, choose a Subject to add it to or attach it to the current document.

  6. Further customize your Document by splitting it into steps, inserting images, or embedding media.

Enhance Content with AI Actions

AI Actions revolutionizes your editing experience, making content creation faster and more efficient. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Step you want to update.

  2. Highlight the text you’d like to improve.

  3. Select an AI Action to enhance your content:

    • Fix Grammar

    • Summarize

    • Expand

    • Turn into a Process

    • Professional Tone

    • Explain This

Create Tests with AI

Ensure your team understands new policies by adding an AI-generated test.

How to Add a Test Step

  1. Open the document where you’d like to add a test.

  2. Click the arrow next to “New Step” and select “New Test Step”.

  3. Choose “AI Test” from the list.

  4. Watch AI generate relevant questions based on the document content.
