Empower your team with the knowledge they need to succeed. The Completion Requirement setting in Waybook ensures critical content is not just available but actively engaged with.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the Requires Completion setting and how you can make sure your team's progress is tracked whether you're streamling onboarding, reinforcing compliance, driving continuous learning.
What is Completion Requirement?
When a Subject, Document or Learning Path has the Requires Completion setting enabled, users will be encouraged to complete the content in order to increase their overall progress within Waybook. This ensures:
Accountability – Team members engage with essential content.
Progress Tracking – Managers can see who has completed what.
Automatic Updates – Users are notified when major changes occur.
With this feature, organizations can be confident that employees are fully engaging with documents important to their success within the business.
Content your team has access to but does not require completion will be accessible as reference-only documents and will not contribute to their progress in Waybook.
How This Helps Your Team
When completion of a Subject, Document, or Learning Path is required:
Users should mark steps as complete before moving forward.
Major updates trigger notifications, ensuring users always work with the latest version.
Managers can track completion within Reports.
