This improvement transforms how teams communicate around content, making collaboration more effective and efficient.
Learning Path Visibility in Document Information
Understanding where your documents fit into the bigger picture is now effortless. The document information panel now shows you exactly which Learning Paths feature each document, giving you instant visibility into how content connects across your team's training.
This enhancement is perfect for content creators and admins who need to understand document relationships, avoid duplication, or ensure consistency across learning journeys. Whether you're updating a document or planning new content, you'll have complete clarity on how it fits into your broader training strategy.
Smart Notifications When Documents Are Assigned
Keep your team informed with intelligent notifications when new documents are assigned to them. Whether team members are added to a group with existing content or given direct access to important documentation, they'll receive timely notifications that keep them in the loop without overwhelming their inbox.
Our smart notification system is designed with your team's productivity in mind. Team members won't receive duplicate alerts for documents they've already been notified about, and previously completed documents won't trigger new notifications if someone is reassigned.
Individual team members can customize their notification preferences in their settings to suit their workflow. As an admin, you can also enable Silent Mode when building out content- this temporarily pauses assignment notifications, weekly roundups, and deadline reminders during rapid content creation, giving you the freedom to build without disrupting your team.
This thoughtful approach ensures your team stays informed about new assignments while giving you complete control over notification timing and frequency.
