If you're looking to keep track of your teammates' progress on Waybook, the reports page has everything you need.

Whether you're looking to track all members assigned to a particular subject, document, or flow, make sure individual members have completed and passed tests, this is the view you'll need.

You can create reports by subject, document, or flow, as well as view a particular member's progress and test pass rates - ensuring your whole team is equipped with and up-to-date on important changes and SOPs.

You can even save a report to come back to whenever or easily export it as a .csv shown below:

In order to view your teammates' performance in tests, make sure you're viewing a report for a specific document and then break your report by 'Tests' rather than by 'Members' as shown below:

Via the test view, you can also see an overview of whether they attempted the test, passed, and more. This breakdown can be great for having that extra check on the team's progress and how well they are understanding your knowledge. The date on "Completed" will only update once they have passed the test.

If you want to view how a member is doing with a specific subject. Select the member and subject. Once the subject is located, press the arrow to the left of the subject title and see all the documents within the subject. Here you can see an individual member's progress, view number, and last view of each document and the subject.

Let us know if you have any questions about reports or requests for new features and changes - we'd love to hear from you πŸ™‚
