Well, choosing to prepopulate your Waybook means you can do just that! 🥳
During set-up, we'll give you the option to select an expert-created template structure based on the size of your organization and industry.
However, our template support doesn't stop there!
Our Template Library is full of templates built by our process experts and Waybook insiders, who are experts in their own fields.
How to import Document Templates
When in edit mode, you'll see the option to open our Template Library by clicking on Templates.
You'll then see a range of categories, each containing templates built by our own process experts and Waybook insiders.
💡 Tip: If you'd like to share some of your processes as templates for the community, reach out to the success team to discuss this further.
To add a template to your Waybook, open it in the library and press the use this template button in the top right-hand corner.
You will then be able to make the template your own, adding your business name and information where prompted, or simply using this as inspiration and changing it entirely. It's yours to play with 🙌
You'll also notice on the template homepage, you can also request and submit templates using the links provided.
