Publicly shareable documents are available to all Waybook customers, but as a Waybook Pro member, you can share entire subjects with people outside of your Waybook team.
Public subjects are a great way to share multiple documents with freelancers or other contractors to your business, where tracking their progress and testing their knowledge are not required.
To generate a share link for your subjects, follow these steps 👇
1. Open the subject you want to make public by clicking its name in the left-hand menu and head to your Access settings.
2. Go to the Enable Public Sharing setting and toggle this on.
We will automatically generate a short link for you to share with your team, as well as a downloadable QR code that your team can scan from their mobile to easily access your content as they need it.
Remember, you won't be able to track readers' progress or have them complete tests when accessing public subjects or documents.
