Requirements
Directory Sync is available on Waybook Pro plans with 50 or more seats. To get started, contact your Account Manager or reach out to the support team - we'll enable it on your account and help you get connected.
What Directory Sync does
Once connected, Directory Sync keeps your Waybook team in step with your company directory. Here's what happens automatically:
New team members are created
When someone is added to your directory, they're automatically created as a team member in Waybook. No need to send manual invites - they'll be ready to go as soon as they're added to your directory.
Profile changes are synced
Updates to names, email addresses, or other profile details in your directory are reflected in Waybook automatically. This keeps your team roster accurate without any manual edits.
Leavers are archived
When someone is removed from your directory, their Waybook account is archived. Their content stays in place, but their access is revoked - keeping your workspace clean and secure.

Getting started
Directory Sync is enabled by the Waybook team. Here's how the process works:
Contact the support team or your Account Manager to request Directory Sync
We'll confirm your plan and seat count, then enable the connection on your account
You'll receive setup instructions specific to your directory provider. The Waybook team will guide you through connecting your directory
Once connected, your team members will begin syncing automatically
