Exporting your Waybook documents is simple! ✨
In just two clicks, you can have a PDF version of a document and all of its steps saved to your device ready for you to share with someone outside of your Waybook or just because you love having a hard copy at hand.
How to export a document as a PDF
First things first, make sure you're in edit mode and on the document, you wish to export, and then head to "Manage".
On your document settings page, you'll see the option to change your PDF download settings and there are a couple of things you can do.
First and foremost, you can simply download your document as a PDF by clicking the link shown next to this setting.

How to enable PDF Download for your team
Next, you can decide whether you also want to allow your team members with read access to download documents as PDFs. This is particularly useful for any forms or other documents that may be required in hard copy.
Simply toggle the PDF Download setting 'on' to allow all readers to download this document themselves.
Where the Team downloads PDFs
Navigate to the info button, if there is a document owner their profile will be the info button. Select and the sidebar pops out. Here you can download the PDF copy to be used however you need.
