You can easily track revisions made to a document by heading to your document history

Seeing changes to a document that you don't remember making? You can easily track changes made to a document, including who made them and when, by viewing your document's history.

While in edit mode, head to your document and press the '...' icon at the top of this view then select History, as highlighted below:

Opening your step history will pull up a list of all changes made to this step, who made them, and when they were made.

By pressing the Compare button, you'll be able to view the current and historic versions of the step side-by-side, so you can review the changes made. You'll also be able to revert back to an earlier version of the step by pressing the Revert button.
