Can I see who last updated a document?

You can easily track revisions made to a document by heading to Step Revisions

Are you changes to a Document that you don't remember making? You can easily track changes made to a Document, including who made them and when by viewing the Document's Step Revisions.

While in edit mode, head to your Document and press the '...' icon at the top of this view then select Step Revision, as highlighted below:

Opening Step Revisions will show a log of all changes made to this Step, who made them, and when they were made.

By pressing the Compare button, you can view a version of the Step with all changes tracked and highlighted. You'll also be able to revert to an earlier version of the Step by pressing the Revert button.
