Whether you're creating a new subject for a client or you have a particularly important document that should appear multiple times, this process is what you're looking for!

First of all, you'll need to duplicate the document you're looking to add to other subjects. To do this, press the '...' icon in the left-hand menu and select duplicate:

Then, on the duplicate version, press the '...' icon again and move it:

You'll be presented with a list of all of the subjects within your Waybook, simply find the subject your document should sit under and hit the button to move:

It's as simple as that! ✨

You'll see the document appear under the subject you selected and can update the document name to match the original one.

Repeat this process as many times as you need and be sure to reach out to the team if you have any questions or feedback 😊

You can also follow this same process to duplicate a subject. But remember good Waybook practice is to have every document only appear once. If you need to repeat something from another document, try linking to it instead.
