At Waybook, keeping your team members and company data safe is paramount to us and is considered in every product decision we make.
We've been shipping a number of security updates and are dedicating this month's product update to telling you all about them.
Remember, you can always keep track of what we're working on by visiting our public roadmap, but here's a round-up of some of the security updates we've launched in January.
π Two-Factor Authentication
In 2019, Microsoft announced that 99.9% of all fraudulent logins to their websites could have been prevented if customers used Two-Factor Authentication.
We're pleased to say that Two-Factor Authentication is now available to all users, ensuring every member of your team is securely accessing your Waybook.
You can find out more about setting up Two-Factor Authentication here in the help centre.
π» Audit Logs
We're excited to be giving all users access to Audit Logs, while we continue building and refining this feature π
Audit logs are a feature often required by company compliance policies, ensuring that all user's actions are recorded alongside the date, time and IP address of the user.
You can find more information about what events we record and what you can access here in the help centre.
π± Forced Logout Across Devices
When you log out, we now ensure that you're also logged out of any devices or browsers you have signed into Waybook.
This is beneficial to every single member of your team, for example, if they were to forget to log out of a public device, you can still log out when switching to using Waybook on your personal machine.
