Learn how to improve your document management in Waybook with your Document Management View

The Document Management View makes organizing and managing your content effortless. It allows you to filter and manage documents with ease, so you can quickly find exactly what you need.

Accessing the Document Management View

To access it, simply click the "Manage" button on the left-hand sidebar of your Waybook dashboard.

How to Use the Document Management View:

  • Open the Document Management View: Located on the left sidebar, click the Manage icon.

  • Filter Your Documents: Use a range of filters to find drafts, final versions, or recently updated docs. Quick Filters make it even easier to navigate.

  • Select and Edit: Once filtered, select any document to view or edit. You can also check when documents were last published or view document owners.

Bulk Actions: Save Time and Stay Efficient

Bulk Actions take your document management further by letting you make changes to multiple documents at once. With this feature, you can:

  • Archive outdated documents.

  • Export to PDF for easy sharing.

  • Update document owners to ensure accountability.

  • Publish drafts in bulk.

  • Enable Public Sharing for external access.

  • Move documents to Draft to make edits or hide them from view.

These tools help you keep your content organized and up to date, saving you time and effort.
