The Archive feature in Waybook allows you to keep past policies and processes easily accessible, even when theyโ€™re no longer actively being used. This ensures that outdated knowledge stays within reach, without cluttering up your current workflow. And if you ever need to bring them back, unarchiving is just as simple.

To archive a document, follow these steps ๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. Navigate to the document you want to archive.

  2. Click on the three dots next to the document title.

  3. Select Archive from the menu.

Your document will be safely stored away but still available when you need it.

To view archived documents, follow these steps ๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. Go to the bottom left corner of your Waybook dashboard.

  2. Toggle into Archived View to reveal any archived documents.

  3. These documents remain within your existing structure, making it easy to find and reference them at any time.

Archiving is a great way to declutter your Waybook while ensuring that your old policies remain handy for compliance, auditing, or reference purposes.

Start archiving your old policies now and keep your Waybook organized and efficient!
