Welcome to Waybook!

We're really excited to have you on board. Getting started is easy, so without further ado let's work together to get your business on the same page 📚

1. Make Waybook Your Own!

Once you finish answering some questions, so that we can get to know you, you're ready to start making Waybook feel like home, by adding your company's branding.

You can always update your Waybook branding from this page in your settings.

Make sure you follow our best practice advice and for help with which logos to use, check out this article for tips.

2. Add a Template Structure

Importing a template structure makes building your Waybook even easier, by providing you with the structure to add your business processes and documents.

Choose a structure based on the size of your organization and your industry or, if you are importing content organized elsewhere, you can skip this step and start from scratch.

3. Add Collaborators

We know that documenting all of your business processes can feel intimidating, so we recommend you invite a collaborator to share the workload.

Remember, this person (or people) will have access to all of your subjects and documents. You can learn more about roles and permissions here.

4. Add Content

Now your Waybook is branded, you've got a structure ready to build on and you've recruited a collaborator, you're ready to start adding your content to Waybook.

Keep your content engaging by using a combination of text, images, videos, GIFs, and more using our editing tool. If you need a refresher on how your content is structured within Waybook check out this article,

And just like that, you're ready to go! 🥳

If you haven't already, be sure to schedule an onboarding call with our process experts, and if you need any support along the way, just press the chat bubble in the bottom right corner or email us at [email protected].
