Import to Waybook from Tango

Learn how to import your processes from Tango directly into Waybook to quickly build your knowledge base.

Importing content from Tango helps you get your processes documented quickly and efficiently. You can bring your captured workflows directly into Waybook, where you can edit and enhance them for your team.


Exporting from Tango

Before importing to Waybook, export your process from Tango:

  1. Open your process in Tango

  2. Click Share & Export at the top

  3. Click Copy HTML to export your process

  4. The HTML is now copied to your clipboard


Importing to Waybook

Option 1: Import into a new Document

  1. Click Create in your Waybook

  2. Select Import from the list of options

  3. Choose Tango when prompted

  4. Paste the HTML you copied from Tango

  5. Click Import

Option 2: Import into an existing Document

  1. Open the Document you want to add the process to

  2. Select Import from the list of options

  3. Choose Tango when prompted

  4. Paste the HTML you copied from Tango

  5. Click Import


After Importing

Waybook converts each step from your Tango process into editable Steps within your Document. You can then:

  • Edit each Step to add detail or adjust wording

  • Add images, videos, or other content to enhance your process

  • Rearrange Steps if needed

  • Review and refine the content for your team

Once you're satisfied with your Document, publish it to make it available to your team.
