Importing content from Tango helps you get your processes documented quickly. Bring your captured workflows straight into Waybook, where you can edit, enhance, and share them with your team.
Exporting from Tango
Before importing to Waybook, export your process from Tango:
Open your process in Tango.
Click Share & Export at the top.
Use Magic Copy to copy your process. You can copy as HTML or Markdown - Waybook supports both.
Your process is now copied to your clipboard.
Importing to Waybook
There are two ways to start your import, depending on where you want the content to land:
Into a new document: Click Create in your Waybook and select Import.
Into an existing document: Open the document, add a new step, and select Import.
From either starting point, the rest is the same:
Choose Tango when prompted.
Paste the content you copied from Tango.
Click Import.
After Importing
Waybook converts each step from your Tango process into editable Steps within your Document. You can then:
Edit each Step to add detail or adjust wording
Add images, videos, or other content to enhance your process
Rearrange Steps if needed
Review and refine the content for your team
Once you're happy with your Document, publish it to make it available to your team.
